This policy explains how mint-soft ("we") handles information in the OilToday app ("the app"). The app works without sign-up or login, and we do not collect information that directly identifies you, such as your name, phone number, or email address.

Error reports contain no device identifiers or account information.
2. Data kept only on your device
Favorite stations, target-price alerts, fuel logs, vehicle efficiency, selected region and fuel type, and notification times stay on your device and are never sent to our servers. They are removed when you delete the app. Price alerts are local notifications; we do not collect push tokens.
3. Location
- Location permission is requested only for nearby cheapest stations and widgets. You can use the app without it by choosing a region manually.
- Widgets may check your location in the background when refreshing. You can change or revoke the permission at any time in device settings.
- Coordinates are sent to our fuel-price server (hosted on Cloudflare) only to compute nearby stations, and are not stored or logged as history.
4. Service providers
We do not sell your information. It is processed only by the providers below, which may store data outside Korea (e.g., in the United States).

Fuel prices come from Opinet (Korea National Oil Corporation) public data; no user information is sent to Opinet.

- You may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing at any time by contacting us below.
- Opt out of personalized ads: iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking / Android Settings › Privacy › Ads.
- Revoke location: device Settings › Apps › OilToday › Location.
6. Security
All communication with our server uses HTTPS, and error reports are masked for personal-data patterns (e.g., emails, phone numbers) before sending.
7. Children
The app is not directed at children under 14 (13 in the US), and we do not knowingly collect their information.
