개인정보처리방침

mint-soft(이하 "회사")는 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수하며, 오늘유가 앱(이하 "앱")을 이용하는 분의 개인정보를 다음과 같이 처리합니다. 앱은 회원가입이나 로그인 없이 이용할 수 있으며, 이름·전화번호·이메일 등 이용자를 직접 식별하는 정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
1. 처리하는 정보와 목적

오류 정보에는 기기 고유 식별자나 이용자 계정 정보가 포함되지 않습니다.
2. 기기에만 저장되는 정보
즐겨찾기 주유소, 목표가 알림, 주유 기록, 차량 연비, 선택한 지역·유종, 알림 시각 등 설정은 이용자의 기기에만 저장되며 회사 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다. 가격 알림은 기기 안에서 만들어지는 로컬 알림이며, 푸시 토큰을 수집하지 않습니다.
3. 위치정보 이용
- 위치 권한은 "내 주변 최저가"와 위젯의 주변 주유소 표시를 위해서만 요청하며, 허용하지 않아도 지역을 직접 선택해 앱을 이용할 수 있습니다.
- 위젯을 자동으로 갱신할 때는 백그라운드에서 위치를 확인할 수 있습니다. 기기 설정에서 언제든 위치 권한을 변경하거나 끌 수 있습니다.
- 조회 시 좌표는 회사의 유가 조회 서버(Cloudflare 기반)로 전송되어 주변 주유소 계산에만 사용되고, 저장·이력 관리되지 않습니다.
4. 처리 위탁 및 외부 서비스
회사는 이용자의 정보를 판매하지 않으며, 다음 서비스를 통해서만 처리합니다. 이들 서비스는 해외(미국 등)에 서버를 두고 있어 정보가 국외로 이전될 수 있습니다.

유가 데이터는 한국석유공사 오피넷 공공 데이터를 사용하며, 이 과정에서 이용자 정보는 오피넷에 전달되지 않습니다.
5. 이용자의 권리
- 이용자는 언제든지 개인정보 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. 아래 연락처로 요청하시면 지체 없이 조치합니다.

6. 파기
보관 목적이 달성된 정보는 지체 없이 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 파기합니다.
7. 안전성 확보 조치
서버와의 통신은 암호화(HTTPS)하고, 오류 정보는 전송 전에 이메일·전화번호 등 개인정보 형태의 문자열을 가림 처리합니다.
8. 아동의 개인정보
앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how mint-soft ("we") handles information in the OilToday app ("the app"). The app works without sign-up or login, and we do not collect information that directly identifies you, such as your name, phone number, or email address.

Error reports contain no device identifiers or account information.
2. Data kept only on your device
Favorite stations, target-price alerts, fuel logs, vehicle efficiency, selected region and fuel type, and notification times stay on your device and are never sent to our servers. They are removed when you delete the app. Price alerts are local notifications; we do not collect push tokens.
3. Location
- Location permission is requested only for nearby cheapest stations and widgets. You can use the app without it by choosing a region manually.
- Widgets may check your location in the background when refreshing. You can change or revoke the permission at any time in device settings.
- Coordinates are sent to our fuel-price server (hosted on Cloudflare) only to compute nearby stations, and are not stored or logged as history.
4. Service providers
We do not sell your information. It is processed only by the providers below, which may store data outside Korea (e.g., in the United States).

Fuel prices come from Opinet (Korea National Oil Corporation) public data; no user information is sent to Opinet.
5. Your rights
- You may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing at any time by contacting us below.
- Opt out of personalized ads: iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking / Android Settings › Privacy › Ads.
- Revoke location: device Settings › Apps › OilToday › Location.
6. Security
All communication with our server uses HTTPS, and error reports are masked for personal-data patterns (e.g., emails, phone numbers) before sending.
7. Children
The app is not directed at children under 14 (13 in the US), and we do not knowingly collect their information.
