이용약관

이 약관은 오늘유가 앱(이하 "앱") 이용에 관하여 이용자와 mint-soft(이하 "회사") 사이의 권리·의무를 정합니다. 앱을 설치하거나 이용하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

1. 서비스 내용

앱은 한국석유공사 오피넷 공공 데이터를 바탕으로 유가 정보, 주변 주유소 정보, 홈 화면 위젯, 가격 알림 등을 제공합니다.

2. 가격 정보에 관한 안내

표시되는 가격은 오피넷에 보고된 값으로, 갱신 주기와 주유소 사정에 따라 실제 판매 가격과 다를 수 있습니다. 주유 전 현장 가격을 확인해 주세요. 회사는 가격 정보의 정확성·완전성을 보증하지 않습니다.

3. 이용 제한

  • 앱의 리버스 엔지니어링, 디컴파일, 무단 복제·재배포를 금지합니다.
  • 앱이나 서버에 비정상적인 부하를 주는 자동화된 접근을 금지합니다.
  • 법령에 위반되는 목적으로 이용할 수 없습니다.

4. 유료 기능(Pro)

  • 결제는 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play가 처리하며, 결제·환불은 각 스토어 정책을 따릅니다.
  • 구매 내역은 같은 스토어 계정에서 "구매 복원"으로 다시 적용할 수 있습니다.

5. 서비스 변경·중단

회사는 데이터 제공처 사정, 기술적 필요 등에 따라 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 변경하거나 중단할 수 있으며, 중요한 변경은 앱 또는 이 페이지에서 미리 알립니다.

6. 책임 제한

회사는 고의 또는 중대한 과실이 없는 한, 앱 이용이나 가격 정보로 인해 발생한 손해에 대해 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 책임을 지지 않습니다.

7. 지식재산권

앱과 앱의 디자인·코드는 회사에 속합니다. 지도 데이터 © OpenStreetMap contributors, 유가 데이터는 오피넷(한국석유공사)에 출처가 있습니다.

8. 준거법 및 관할

이 약관은 대한민국 법률을 따르며, 분쟁은 민사소송법상 관할 법원에서 해결합니다.

9. 약관 변경 및 문의

약관이 변경되면 시행 7일 전부터 이 페이지에 공지합니다. 문의: app@mint-soft.com

Terms of Use

Effective: October 30, 2026

These terms govern your use of the OilToday app ("the app") provided by mint-soft ("we"). By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. Service

The app provides fuel prices, nearby station information, home-screen widgets, and price alerts based on Opinet (Korea National Oil Corporation) public data.

2. Price information

Prices are as reported to Opinet and may differ from the actual price at the pump due to update timing or station changes. Please check the price on site. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of price data.

3. Restrictions

  • No reverse engineering, decompiling, or unauthorized copying or redistribution.
  • No automated access that places abnormal load on the app or our servers.
  • No use for unlawful purposes.

4. Paid features (Pro)

  • Payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play; payments and refunds follow each store's policy.
  • Purchases can be reapplied with "Restore purchases" on the same store account.

5. Changes to the service

We may change or discontinue all or part of the service for reasons such as data-provider changes or technical needs, and will announce significant changes in the app or on this page.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, and except for willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the app or its price information.

7. Intellectual property

The app, its design, and code belong to mint-soft. Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors; fuel-price data from Opinet (KNOC).

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
